Shipping Policy
How physical products sent for InfluVenture campaigns should be arranged, tracked, received, and handled when delivery issues arise.
Last updated: June 5, 2026 · InfluVenture
1. Scope
This policy applies when a brand sends a physical product, sample, or campaign material to a creator through an InfluVenture campaign. It does not make InfluVenture the seller, shipper, carrier, importer, or owner of the goods.
The campaign brief and contract should clearly state whether a product must be shipped, who pays for delivery, whether the item must be returned, and any deadlines that depend on receipt.
2. Brand responsibilities
Brands sending products are responsible for:
- Confirming the creator’s shipping details through the platform before dispatch.
- Selecting a suitable carrier and paying agreed packaging, shipping, insurance, tax, customs, and return costs.
- Providing valid tracking information and dispatch details in the relevant campaign or shipment flow.
- Ensuring that products, labels, instructions, and marketing claims are lawful and safe to ship.
3. Creator responsibilities
Creators receiving products are responsible for:
- Providing an accurate delivery address and promptly reporting material address changes.
- Confirming receipt in the platform when requested and reporting visible damage or missing items with supporting evidence.
- Using the product only as agreed in the campaign brief and following reasonable safety instructions.
- Returning products only where the campaign terms expressly require it and after receiving return instructions.
4. Delivery and campaign timelines
Carrier timelines are estimates and may be affected by location, weather, customs, holidays, or other factors outside either party’s control. A creator’s deliverable deadline should begin only as specified in the campaign terms; where product receipt is required, the parties should account for confirmed delivery.
Neither party should mark a shipping-dependent milestone complete until the applicable receipt or delivery requirement in the campaign has been met.
5. Lost, delayed, damaged, or incorrect items
The sender should first raise delivery issues with the carrier. Both parties should keep tracking updates, photos, messages, and other evidence in the campaign record.
If a shipping issue affects delivery or payment, open a dispute through the relevant campaign promptly. We may review the available evidence to help determine an appropriate platform outcome, but carrier claims, product warranties, and legal remedies remain the responsibility of the relevant parties.
6. Restricted goods
Do not send illegal, hazardous, counterfeit, age-restricted, unsafe, or otherwise restricted goods. Brands must verify carrier and destination restrictions before shipping. We may suspend a campaign or account where goods create a safety, legal, or policy risk.
7. Support
For help with a campaign shipment, use the campaign’s support or dispute flow, or contact support@influventure.com with the campaign or contract ID and tracking details.
