Refund Policy
When brands may receive refunds and how creator payouts are adjusted after cancellations or disputes.
Last updated: June 5, 2026 · InfluVenture
1. Principle
Because InfluVenture delivers custom creative work, refunds are not automatic after a creator has performed substantive work. Refund eligibility depends on contract status, deliverable quality disputes, and the evidence trail.
2. Brand refunds
Brands may be eligible for full or partial refunds when:
- A contract is cancelled before work starts and no deliverable was submitted, per cancellation rules in the task.
- A creator fails to deliver within the agreed timeline without acceptable extension.
- Deliverables materially violate the brief and revisions are exhausted, as determined through dispute resolution.
- Duplicate charges or technical payment errors are confirmed by our team.
3. When refunds are unlikely
Refunds are generally not granted when:
- The brand approved deliverables or allowed the auto-approval window to expire.
- Dissatisfaction is subjective but the work met the written brief and revision policy.
- The brand provided incorrect briefs, products, or usage instructions.
- Chargebacks are filed without first using the in-platform dispute process (may lead to account restrictions).
4. Subscriptions and marketplace purchases
Creator subscription fees follow the plan terms at purchase. Unless required by law, partial refunds for unused subscription periods are not guaranteed after access has been granted.
Instant purchases of pre-recorded testimonials follow listing-specific license terms; refunds apply only for undelivered or rejected assets per moderation outcome.
5. How to request a refund
Open a dispute on the relevant contract or contact support@influventure.com with order/contract IDs. Provide dates, messages, and files. We aim to acknowledge disputes promptly and resolve within a reasonable period depending on complexity.
