Rules for acceptable use of the InfluVenture platform by brands, creators, and visitors.
Last updated: June 5, 2026 · InfluVenture
1. Prohibited conduct
You may not use InfluVenture to:
- Violate any law, regulation, or third-party rights.
- Harass, threaten, discriminate, or exploit others.
- Circumvent payments, fees, escrow, or identity verification.
- Create fake accounts, reviews, engagement, or shipment records.
- Distribute malware, scrape the platform without permission, or overload systems.
- Share another user’s private data without consent.
- Advertise illegal goods, counterfeit products, or unlicensed regulated services.
2. Marketplace integrity
Off-platform deals intended to avoid fees, disputes, or moderation for InfluVenture-originated opportunities are prohibited when they undermine buyer/creator protections.
Brands must not solicit creators to make false claims; creators must not accept such briefs.
3. Enforcement
We may remove content, freeze funds, downgrade scores, issue strikes, or terminate accounts. Serious violations may be referred to law enforcement.
