Data Deletion Instructions
How to request deletion of personal data collected through InfluVenture, including data obtained via Facebook or Instagram login.

1. Overview
InfluVenture respects your privacy and gives you control over personal data we store. This page explains how to delete data connected to your account, including information we receive when you sign in with Facebook or connect an Instagram account for creator verification and scoring.
For general privacy practices, see our Privacy Policy. This page is provided to meet Meta platform requirements for apps that use Facebook Login or Instagram APIs.
2. Facebook or Instagram–connected data
If you connected Facebook or Instagram to InfluVenture, we may store your platform user ID, profile name, username, profile picture URL, access tokens (encrypted), and audience or account metrics used for verification and InfluVenture Score.
To remove this data from InfluVenture without closing your entire account:
- Sign in to InfluVenture and open Creator settings → Social accounts (or the connected-accounts section in your dashboard).
- Disconnect or remove the Facebook or Instagram connection. This deletes stored tokens and stops future syncs from that account.
- You can also remove InfluVenture from your Facebook account: Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → InfluVenture → Remove.
3. Delete your InfluVenture account
To delete your full account and associated personal data (profile, messages, applications, contracts metadata, and connected social data), email us from the address on your account:
- Send a request to privacy@influventure.com with the subject line “Data deletion request”.
- Include the email address registered on InfluVenture and, if applicable, your connected Facebook or Instagram username.
- We will verify ownership before processing the request.
4. What we delete and what we may retain
After a verified deletion request, we delete or anonymize personal data that is not required to be kept. Some information may be retained where necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, tax and accounting, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our Terms of Service—for example, transaction records tied to completed contracts or content licensed to a brand under an active agreement.
Backups may take up to 90 days to fully purge deleted data from all systems.
5. Processing time
We aim to confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law or outstanding contractual obligations.
